Alexander B. Howard, Associate Editor ahoward@techtarget.com Alexander B. Howard joined TechTarget as an editor at WhatIs.com in the spring 2006. There, he wrote and edited definitions, sent out the "Word of the Day" email newsletter, blogged, podcasted and worked with interactive and social media. Alex joined TechTarget's CIO Decisions group as associate editor for SearchCompliance.com, where he writes about IT compliance, focusing on the impact of regulations on IT infrastructure and IT professionals. In his spare time, Alex enjoys running with his greyhound, reading, microblogging, fishing, cycling, gardening, cooking and hiking.

Jacqueline Biscobing, Managing Editor jbiscobing@techtarget.com Jacqueline Biscobing divides her time between copy editing and production responsibilities for SearchCIO.com, SearchCIO-Midmarket.com and SearchCompliance.com. Prior to joining TechTarget, she was a copy editor at The Des Moines Register and Computerworld.

Scot Petersen, Executive Editor spetersen@techtarget.com Scot Petersen is Executive Editor of SearchCompliance.com and a contributor to the IT Compliance Advisor blog. Scot has more than 20 years of experience working in journalism, with the last 13 covering the IT industry for Ziff Davis. Scot is a former Editor of eWeek Magazine. He has previously worked at the Boston Business Journal, the Boston Herald, and the Beverly Times. He also has taught English, journalism, and finance at the college level. He has an MA in English and an MBA from Northeastern University.
