DESCRIPTION: Computer forensics, also called cyberforensics, and e-discovery are two different disciplines used to target computer based evidence in a legal investigation. In this podcast, industry expert Greg Freemyer will define both processes, explain how they differ, and provide examples of how some CIOs are increasing awareness and importance of these disciplines in the enterprise.

SPEAKER'S BIOGRAPHY: As co-founder and CTO of Norcross Group, Freemyer drives the technological underpinnings of Norcross Group's offerings, and directs complex data collection and preservation operations for litigation support. He has submitted Expert Reports in Federal cases as a Computer Systems Expert, and has been accepted as an Expert Witness in Federal Civil Court, and more specifically as an Expert Witness on ESI Collection. Prior to Norcross Group, Freemyer served as senior internet engineer on several major projects for international corporations such as Siemens and Ford Motor Co.
